I Get It

I get it now when I hear stories about people running off together after just a few weeks of knowing each other. (Thank goodness there is Las Vegas). I now believe in the word "soul mate."

I get it when someone says "It just feels right" without having to justify anything. (Read the book "Blink" by Malcolm Gladwell for more on why less justification is sometimes better).

I get what it truly means to feel like you are "home." (Listen to the song "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes.)

I get it!! Yay, I get it!! (It only took 33 years, but I hear there is power in double digits.) :) Such a comfort and peace in arriving to this place.
